Private transfer service to and from the lagoon
Iceland’s most popular destination is within your grasp
The Blue Lagoon is today one of the most popular destinations in Iceland. It is located on the Reykjanes peninsula, about 15 minutes drive from the Keflavik International Airport and 45 minutes drive from Reykjavik City. The Blue Lagoon’s water is coming from the power plant that is located next to the lagoon. The water is pumped up from boreholes in the plant and is a mixture of hot seawater and geothermal water. In the beginning, the water just flowed over the lava and created a lagoon. Today, it is a rejuvenating experience to enjoy some quality time in the beautiful blue water.
Our private transfer service offers you the following options:
These transfers are only available during the opening hours of the Blue Lagoon.
Availability to the lagoon is limited. If you have not reserved your admission, please contact us and we can assist you on that.
Admission to the lagoon should be booked from 1 to 1,5 hours after your scheduled landing at Keflavik Int. Airport.
If you order the transfer from KEF or from Reykjavik city where the driver waits for you, the included waiting period is 2 hours from the time you step out of the car at the lagoon until you sit back in ready to leave. If you need more time, there is no problem ordering extended waiting time of the driver.
The prices are ranging from 25.000 ISK for just the transfer but from 49.990 ISK for the transfer including the waiting time of the driver. Feel free to contact us directly for further information, offers or bookings through email, info(at)airporttaxitours.is
